Athabasca Rainbow
What a contrast this scene was -- in one direction, we could see the glacial rapids of the Athabasca River hurtling over the edge of the falls under blue skies; in the other, we could see (yet another) angry storm approaching as a rainbow or two appeared in the mist. If you haven't driven the Icefields Parkway through the Canadian Rockies, put it on your bucket list now. This view is one of hundreds you'll have to stop and gawk at along the way!
