Private Photography Workshops
Do you have a few locations that you’d love to visit, but you aren’t sure exactly how to arrange your day to see everything in the right light? Have you been looking for the chance to experiment with landscape photography techniques you’ve never tried before? Do you want to spend a day shooting around the Rockies, but with an itinerary suited exactly to your needs, whether it’s shooting time-lapses at noon or the Milky Way late at night?
Regardless of which category you fall into, you’ve come to the right place. Kristin Repsher is a professional photographer licensed by Parks Canada to teach photography in the national parks, and her extensive knowledge of Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay means that she will plan a workshop that suits exactly what you want to see and learn during your time in the Canadian Rockies.
Potential itineraries include:
- An afternoon exploring the Icefields Parkway followed by a night sky shoot at Moraine Lake
- Sunrise at Two Jack Lake followed by golden hour shooting; lunch break; sunset shoot at Castle Mountain
- Getting up when most people would be going to bed to shoot the Milky Way over Bow Lake followed by sunrise at Peyto Lake
Looking for a group workshop? Unfortunately, Kristin has had to put group workshops on hold due to a change in circumstances. A list of her previous group workshops is available on the workshop listings page so you can get a feel for what itineraries a private workshop may encompass.
