Descending into Paradise

I got this shot after a climb up a small hill on the Kaikoura Peninsula that was a little harder than I expected. I ended up having to hold on to the fence to pull myself up the steep path because otherwise, for every step I took, I slid back the equivalent of two steps on the loose, parched soil. However, as you can see, the view at the top was definitely worth it!
