The Eerie Ancient Forest
A surreal morning walking through the ancient Caledonian forest of Rothiemurchus. A thick fog lay over the entire area when I arrived an hour before sunrise, and as I walked through the forest to the nearby loch, the dawn light began to unveil trees ever further in the distance. It was eerie, yet awe-inspiring.
