The Perchten Arrive in Scheffau
The spectacle of Perchtenlaufen in Tyrol is something that has to be seen to be believed. The shadows of horns projected on the walls, echoing of drums, the off-key horns, the bells, the explosions...all contained in between the wooden buildings of Austrian mountain towns (with the entire town's fire brigade on standby just in case). I would go back to see it again in a heartbeat.
